Rules and Regulations

General Rules

  • Kids Accompanied by an Adult. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult 16 or older for all farm activities. No one under the age of 16 will be permitted on the premises without being accompanied by a paying adult. Please practice social distancing of six feet apart & we recommend wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the farm for your convenience.

  • No Alcohol, Drugs, Profanity or persons under the influence are permitted on the property.

  • No Running, Horseplay or Destruction of Property.

  • No Pets allowed on the farm.

  • Please be patient and courteous with all staff and customers on the farm. Do not scare or disrespect other people inside the corn maze.

  • Flashlights are recommended - to be brought from home.

  • No Bicycles, Four Wheelers or Dirt Bikes permitted in the corn maze. Parents are permitted to use strollers and wagons to carry their children.

  • Use Port-a-John. Do not go to the bathroom inside the corn maze. Port-a-Johns are available on the farm and should be used before entering the maze.

  • No Vandalism. Any persons involved in vandalism, including throwing of corn and damage to corn stalks, stations, signs or other objects will be removed from the premises without a refund and will face legal charges. Parents are responsible for the action of their children.

  • No Smoking or open flames on the farm. This includes vape pens, hookah pens and electronic cigarettes.

  • Please keep our farm clean and use the trash cans provided.

  • Not Liable for injury or property loss. Hite Farms is not liable for any personal injury or property loss.

  • No outside Food / Beverage. No beverages or food items purchased outside the farm are permitted on the farm. We sell water, soda and other drinks along with food at the indoor concession stand.

  • Please stay on the paths inside the maze. Short-cuts permanently damage the maze and ruin the fun for everyone.

  • Last Ticket Sold 1 hour before farm closes. Last wagon ride is at 6:00 PM (this time may be vary depending upon available daylight). The kitchen closes 1 hour before farm closes. The Farm closes at 8:00 PM

BARNYARD RULES

  • Do not feed the animals anything but the approved animal feed.

  • Do not open the animal gates.

  • Customer are not permitted inside the animal pens.

  • Do not hit or abuse our animals.

  • Please obey all posted signs near the animals.

  • Do not pick up the animals.

WAGON RIDE RULES

  • Must remain seated at all times; no standing

  • No smoking on the wagon ride. This includes vape pens, hookah pens and electronic cigarettes.

  • Keep hands and feet in the wagon at all times.

  • Children must be seated with an adult at all times.

  • The wagon ride’s final departure every evening will be at 6:00 PM with no exceptions.

PUMPKIN PATCH RULES

  • Remember to bring payment to the patch as pumpkins from the field must be purchased before returning to the main building.

  • No kicking or throwing of the pumpkins

  • Do not cut a pumpkin off the vine unless you wish to purchase the pumpkin.

  • No running or horseplay in the pumpkin patch

  • Pumpkins are not included in the price of admission and must be purchased separately. Pumpkin sizes and pricing are at the discretion of the driver.

CORN BOX AND INFLATALBE

  • No throwing of any object including corn

  • Please do not take corn out of the box for any reason

  • No jumping into the corn box from the hay bales.

  • Shoes are not to be worn in the corn box or inflatables.

  • Remove all sharp objects including cell phones when enjoying the corn box and inflatables.

  • Not liable for injury or property loss in the corn box or inflatables.

  • Absolutely no running.
